DOT and Non-DOT Drug and Alcohol Testing

Synergy offers 5 panel urine drug testing that complies with Federal Government DOT and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration's (FMCSA) rules & regulations for commercial motor vehicle drivers.

DOT Drug Testing

• The person undergoing the test must positively identify themselves as the driver.
• We make a precursory check to ensure that the driver to be tested does not introduce means to adulterate the urine specimen.
• We check the specimen for proper temperature.
• Our team then divides the specimen into two separate containers and seals them while in the driver's presence.
• We ship the containers to our certified laboratory for 5 panel drug testing, or specimens marked for "collection only" are sent to the employer-designated laboratory with the Chain of Custody form.
